Playing with inversions

Just a quick reminder to change your perspective once in a while:) I felt really stressed these last couple of days for various reasons, and the last thing I felt like doing was yoga. However, I pulled myself together and stepped onto the mat, and I´m so glad I did! There´s just something magical about inversions, it´s so liberating to lift your feet up into the air, away from all the things that try to hold you down. Whatever you´re struggling with right now: pause, take a deep breath, and tell yourself that you can do it!
