listen to your body

I have been working on FB Bored Easily-one of my favourites, especially for HIIT as by the time you hate the interval its over and you don't have to do it again. I had to take the past few days off as I barely slept on the weekend, and last night felt just awful. Tonight, came back, lifted, watched my form, and was even able to do triceps dips! Which normally I can't. Listening to my body paid off huge! Rest is necessary even if you hate it. Go Blenders!
