Hey Guys, I don't even know where to start! I discovered FitnessBlender several years ago and lost a pretty significant amount of weight by using their programs and eating healthier. Yet, I got tired of working out and went back to fast foods and eating junk. Fast forward some years and in December I ended up at my heaviest. Heavier than with any of my three pregnancies. When my coworkers mentioned having a "Biggest Loser" challenge I knew where I needed to turn (so far I am ahead).
Today I was shocked to see the Fitness Test on my calendar. I completed FB30!!! I My strength and flexibility has improved, I can recover much quicker after running (walking swiftly) upstairs at work, and my clothes are getting looser. Others have noticed the change in weight as well! :) I still have to modify some of the workouts because I am far from in shape or strong. I definitely missed some days, but I also added in some of the new workouts that are posted each week! That's what I love about the 30 min workouts, you can double up on days when you have time. The funniest thing I have noticed is that when I first received my Advanced Pathophysiology book for school I could not lift it with one hand. Now I can swing that baby everywhere with one hand.
Ok, so while this was so exciting.... I am far from done! So what next you guys? I could start the program over, but I also have several other workout programs I've already purchased (THANKS Daniel and Kelli for allowing these to be ours to use over and over!) However, I am contemplating purchasing the new FB30 as it's 4 weeks and that would have me completing it around the same time as our final weigh in for my biggest loser challenge at work!

FB 30, Workout Complete. Program Complete!
