HKS Accountability Group Day 12

Good Morning Group,

Another cold one around here. Snow and ice last night so school for my daughter is starting two hours late. Positive on that is we got to sleep in an extra hour.

My workout for today was as follows:

21 min Cardio and Abs Fat burning intervals

10 min Quick Sweat Lifting Session, Butt and Thigh Workout

Feeling great and ready for the days activities. Hope everyone is well and on track for their goals.
