I'm still getting in shape after having been almost completely sedentary in lifestyle for about 2 years (long story...face palm). I don't have much weight to lose, just need MAJOR toning all around, especially in glutes areas. Mostly I've been doing beginner HIIT and cardio.
Do you think a more level 2 girl could pull off FB Booty 1? I'm still slowly gaining strength and good form. Too soon? Worth a shot?
