It's a new week and I'm starting it with another boast: yesterday was #HealthyDayComplete!

Today my menu is very simple: left-over chicken from yesterday, with roasted veggies for lunch, and some ricotta soup with steamed *whatever veggie inspires me in that moment*. I have a weakness for steamed anything, actually. It must be because vegetables keep their natural flavour and colour and crunchiness... Just a bit of olive oil, black pepper and chopped parsley and you have the healthiest, tastiest side dish ever!
