Hi all,
I have very bad knees and I've done water aerobics for years. I have also been doing various low impact FB with varying levels of commitment for the past two years. I'm planning on trying some of the cardio videos "in the water." I am happy to post my thoughts as I go along, but I wanted to ask the following:
1. Has anyone tried this?
2. Any particular videos that you think would be amenable?
Looking forward to your comments and thoughts! I plan on starting in about two weeks.
