The Dish
Our yogurt ranch dressing harmoniously marries ingredients together, adding a “cooling” element to spicy recipes or as a creamy dressing for vegetables and leafy greens. This version of a more wholesome ranch dressing is made by combining low fat Greek yogurt with pickle juice, Dijon, garlic powder, onion powder, chives, and parsley. Very, very delicious.
Hacking This Recipe
This dressing can be made 4-5 days in advance, as long as it is nicely sealed and stored in the refrigerator. This recipe makes approx. 1 cup of dressing, with about 1-2 tablespoons of dressing per serving. We love using this recipe not just for drizzling over salads but as a marinade and flavor enhancement as well.
