One-pan meals are awesome. Everything is cooked together and cleaning up is a breeze, a delicious double bonus. This one-pan wonder is a tasty combination of salmon, broccoli, zucchini, cauliflower, and tomatoes. The salmon and the veggies are well seasoned in a quick marinade of apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, lemon pepper seasoning, and garlic. This tangy honey mustard marinade is loaded with flavor and pairs very well with all of our ingredients; veggies and salmon. Already prepared brown rice can simply be reheated shortly before you are ready to serve.

Hacking this Recipe

We’re notorious for making or cooking batches of basic pantry staples that will be frequently used throughout the week; quinoa, brown rice, etc… This really cuts down on the overall cooking time as well as day-of prep. Simply microwave or reheat the rice when you’re ready to serve.
