Overview

Welcome to our 2020 FB Plus 5 Day Workout Challenge. The 5 workouts use a combination of strength training, HIIT, Pilates, and smart functional movements to create a dynamic challenge, keeping the muscles and the mind guessing. Workouts are 45 minutes on average, and include both advanced and low impact modifications. Each day's workout will take you through warm up cardio, a complete workout, and cool down and stretch. You will be able to mark "Workout Complete" once you finish this 5 Day FB Plus Challenge!

Keep in mind that you can stretch this challenge out over more than 5 days; go at your own pace! 

Rather than having to add each video individually, this challenge has the same ease of use as our workout programs that allow you to easily add all of the videos at once and reschedule them as a group.
