FB Strong is for people who love strength training. If you're not sure about strength training, these workouts might end up making you fall in love with it.
Workouts are 38 minutes on average, 5 days a week with an optional 6th day that focuses on recovery. Training styles including traditional strength training, functional strength, balance, coordination and isolation work, and a pinch of HIIT scattered throughout. Each day includes your warm up and cool down.
Similar to our programs, these are carefully built plans use a different workout video every day. We'll provide everything you need for a smart workout; warm up, training, and cool down.
