Overview

Welcome to FB Jumpstart! Expect a smart mix of strength training, HIIT (high intensity interval training), cardio, mobility, and feel-good stretching. This program is progressive in nature, with both workout length and intensity increasing over the four weeks of the program. You'll do a different workout video every day (no repeats)!

You will be led through this program by Certified Personal Trainers and Doctors of Physical Therapy, with a daily guide that will help you learn more about what you're doing and why, so you walk away from this program with knowledge you can apply in the future. The only equipment you need is an optional set of dumbbells.

Program Structure
Week 1: 
Workouts average 27 minutes a day (between 23-32 minutes), with a focus on Upper and Lower Body Superset Strength Splits | Core Work | Cardio | Average Difficulty Level: 3/5
Week 2: Workouts average 40 minutes a day (between 39-44 minutes), with a focus on Upper and Lower Body Superset Strength Splits | HIIT Cardio | Core Work | Cardio | Pilates | Average Difficulty: 3/5
Week 3: Workouts average 36 minutes a day (between 30-45 minutes), with a focus on Total Body Strength Workouts | HIIT Cardio | Active Recovery (recovery cardio, mobility, flexibility) | Average Difficulty: 3.3/5
Week 4: Workouts average 40 minutes a day (between 37-44 minutes), with a focus on Upper and Lower Body Superset Strength Splits | HIIT | Core | Average Difficulty: 3.8/5
