These effective workouts will come together to bring you a balanced total body conditioning experience that burns fat, builds lean muscle, and more. Complete 24 workouts across 4 weeks (6 per week with a 7th day for rest).
Who is this program for?
This program is for busy people who want to get time-saving, effective workouts that make you look and feel great. We recommend this for exercisers who consider themselves to be beyond a beginner level as several of the workouts are level 3, most are level 4, with a few level 5's. This program will improve your strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular health, stability, proprioception, power, balance, flexibility, mobility... and the list goes on! Many who complete these programs notice increased energy, a change in body composition, weight loss, reduced body fat, and increased muscle.
What to expect
Workouts range from 26-34 minutes/day and the average workout time is 30 minutes. The workouts themselves primarily focus on strength training, HIIT and various cardiovascular training formats, stability and agility, mobility, and flexibility. Although some may be designed this way, not all workouts are low-impact. Low-impact modifications may be provided but are not guaranteed. Use your discretion to manipulate the workouts so they're appropriate for your fitness level and the needs of your body each day.
Above all, listen to your schedule and your body to decide what cadence feels good for you to complete this program at. No matter your pace, these workouts are designed to be done in chronological order.
Equipment
A range of dumbbells and a mat are all that's required for equipment to successfully complete this program.
