Welcome to Beyond the Build 10-Day Challenge! This program integrates strength training splits, cardio, active recovery, and full-body workouts to help you gain strength and build muscle while improving your cardio and flexibility.

Who is this Challenge for?

Beyond the Build is for anyone passionate about lifting weights and improving their strength and conditioning. If you love lifting heavy, challenging your body, and seeing tangible progress this program is for you. It's perfect for those who want to:

  • Improve cardiovascular endurance
  • Have better overall physical performance
  • Incorporate a balanced mix of workouts and recovery sessions into their routine

However, if you prefer low-intensity workouts or have restrictions that prevent heavy lifting, Fitness Blender may offer more suitable options.

In Beyond the Build, you can expect diverse workouts tailored to maximize your strength and conditioning:

This Beyond the Build 10-Day Challenge is designed to challenge us, build us up, and help us recover. It features some of my favorite training formats including EMOMS, AMRAPS, and No Repeats. It gives us a good mix of workouts without getting bored and creates opportunities to focus on your form and reps. We will stick to the basics in this program, allowing you to focus on using heavier weights and mastering the form of each lift.

Equipment Needed

To fully participate in Beyond the Build, you will need the following equipment:

  • Dumbbells: it is ideal to have light, medium, and heavy options for almost all of our dumbbell workouts.
  • Box, Bench, or Chair
  • Mat (Optional)

While these items are recommended to get the most out of the program, I will also provide modifications and alternatives for those with limited equipment.

Keeping things basic and focusing on the fundamentals will show how simple, consistent efforts can lead to big changes.
