Hi everyone! I’m more than half way through another 8 weeks fitness program, but I’ll be on holiday for a week without access to a gym or weights.
Should I carry on without the weights or can I just do some hiit and body weight training with that week and go back to the program?? Any suggestions would be very much appreciated!
