I've been working out with FB for a couple years now, without a lot of consistency, but I'm able to keep up with their intense workouts. I want to start being regular with my workouts starting 2018. I've just finished the 5 day strong and lean challenge for a boost (I'm also going to do the 5 day burn fat/build lean muscle challenge next week). I seek to lose around 10 pounds by the end of January. I bought FB Reach because flexibility is a main goal of mine. Will this program have results with weight loss? Just wondering because in the before and after posts there's not any that are related to FB Reach.
