I'm a bit behind schedule, but day 2 was very tough on my body, it left me sore for two days, so I kept to stretching and did day 4 twice, even taking a rest day yesterday (if you can call housework, tidying up and playing with my over-active dog "rest").
Back on track today! And it was hard... It's been a long time since I last did that HIIT+Strength video, so it was a great chance to re-discover it. I also loved (hated) the pilates routine: bridges all the way means sore glutes tomorrow, yay! *Note to self: don't complain of soreness tomorrow, you knew how it would be*
