I'm curious what people know and think about intermittent fasting? While I am in no way interested in starving myself- I do think the science behind this is interesting. I'd be interested to hear other opinions.
To give you some background- I am in pretty decent shape- exercise five days per week (currently doing FB Burn) and eat healthy 90% of the time (weekends, like most people, I indulge a little bit). I don't smoke, and drink a little bit on the weekends. I have recently started the 16:8 fasting to see what it is like- which basically meant cutting out breakfast. This wasn't a stretch for me since I have never ate a big breakfast. I am seeing results, but imagine I will stop losing weight shortly. I do feel more energetic, less full/ bloated and good overall.
Anyone else that has tried it? What did you notice?
