So I have been an avid runner and recently decided to start adding some of FB workouts to my training. I only do 1-2 of their longer/HIIT workouts every week however I do an ab workout like 5 days a week which is normal for me. Recently when I have been working out (running or HIIT) the outside of my ankle has been hurting. I have done some research and the only thing I found was peroneral tendinitis. I wear good supportive shoes for my feet and have not been changing my running at all- only adding HIIT. The funny thing is it only hurts when I wear shoes and there is pressure on the bump on the side of my foot. Do you think my injury could be from HIIT and what could it be?
