Hi guys, I just wanted to put it out there- I'm struggling.
I was very thin (my husband said too thin) when we got married. I'm 5'8" and I was 145 and I was finally happy with my body.
I had a miscarriage and emotionally-ate until I was 160. Looking back at pictures, I still looked really nice!
Now, after having a baby, he's almost 1, and I've barely lost any weight and I'm up to 212. I've been following a meal plan and workout plan but it's slow-going.
I have to remind myself how LONG it took me to get to 145 but that's not enough to keep me from getting discouraged.
