I could have easily call myself a life coach (LOL), if I was doing the last 3 days but, unfortunately, an outer tigh cramp happened, that didn't let me walk properly, yet workout, for 3 days so... yeah. I have a little OCD, that drives me crazy to not see everything even there, hahaha!!!
Anyway, I rescheduled for today and I already did the workout.
Still proud of myself, is the first time when I achieve such a level of discipline!
First row is a 5 days challenge, to prepare for FB Fit.
Next 3 rows, are FB Fit.
In december I want to be the same. After 3 weeks in a row, my body is finally craving for workouts. After a 3 days break, I was already crazy to do my workout, even today is my first day of period. Crazy, right? Congratulations to everyone who sticked to their workouts. And those who didn't: a new month have started! It's your turn!
