This is one of our favorites! It never gets old for us- chicken, black beans, corn, red onion, avocado, and a to-die-for dressing made with Greek yogurt, jalapeños, taco season, garlic, lime...We needed something a bit lighter after Thanksgiving! I forgot to take a picture- I was too busy eating it!
