Sweet potato breakfast porridge!

I have come to fall in love with this delicious, warm dish for these winter months!

All you do is roast a yam (preferably the day before so you dont have to wait the day of, plus I like to have leftover yams for snacks, dishes, etc)., heat it up in a bit of milk, blend it up, and warm it some more if you want it hotter. Then top with anything, but try a nut butter, dark chocolate, kefir/yogurt, and some fruit.

Keeps you full, and it is soooooooo delicious!!!
