Walking the cliff path in Guernsey today was amazing, brilliant, gorgeous etc etc but pretty tiring! There wasn’t a flat section in the whole of the 17k we hiked. WORKOUT COMPLETE indeed!!

Now going to the hotel jacuzzi and steam room.... I am knackered
