What's a good starter program?

Hi! New here! I've lost over 50#, almost at goal wt, and thought I'd kick it up a notch and start working out, lol. I'm 41, in good health and in flabby but okay shape, and I like cardio drumming. I work full-time and have a home and family, so time is limited. Suggestions for a good starter program?
