I've been with FB almost a year now! Before I found FB, I thought that if I couldn't do an exercise perfectly, then I shouldn't do it. I would feel so embarrassed if I couldn't keep up in a fitness class so I avoided them. Enter Kellie and Daniel. When I first started I couldn't do a side plank or jumping lunge AT ALL. I could barely lunge without falling over. They taught me that it's okay to take a break and jump back to it. They taught me to modify an exercise as needed and how to stay the course. They remind me to correct my form. Now, I've become a regular exerciser and I've gotten so much stronger! I can hold my side plank with good form for 45 seconds! I can do jumping lunges! I'm so happy and I feel so proud of myself. Daniel and Kellie taught me to be patient with myself, and I love them for it!
