While doing FbBurn until last week, I realized that 5days/week is getting a bit overwhelming for me. So I decided for FbAdventure which I never tried since bought during last year's Black Friday sale. I am also planning to add a running/long walking day in case I feel like doing so.
First day was sweaty! 💦💦💦
I decided to go for low impact for next two weeks as my left knee started talking. To counterpart low impact I increased the reps from 8 to 10, and gosh it made a difference! Then I had a nice lunch with my version of Buddah Bowl. Now off to some gardening, hoping to get extra credit done late in the evening.
