Forcing the Baby Steps

I've posted on here off and on, mostly about getting started again...and again...and again.

Well this is another one of those posts, in a sense. My usual pattern is starting out a week changing my eating habits into more healthy ones and starting a workout program, do that for a week, and then skip a few days...and a couple more...and suddenly its two weeks - a month since I've done either one of those things and I'm starting all over again.

This week we're just gonna try to take it little steps at a time: focus on healthy eating this week...see how i feel...then start including workouts next week.
