After much procrastination and after gaining about 40lbs....I am starting to do this again!
About 3 years ago I lost 15lbs with Fitness Blender, but after some depression, lack of self care, and anxiety issues I gained almost 2.5 times what I had lost. I feel weak and not to mention a little uncomfortable with my limited flexibility. So this is my start over. I did my first workout complete after such a long time.
I’m checking in at 173 lbs.
My goal is to check in at least 3 times a week. Even if the workout complete is for stretching or yoga, I want to get back into being in motion.
