First time being able to follow through a whole workout with no modification & no extra pause
This is probably an unusual milestone. But until just now, I've _never_ been able to follow along to any level 2/above workout as it is. I've always had to pause, modify the exercises to make it easier, or sometimes even stop altogether! I used to be embarassed about this -- still do sometimes -- but I'm learning to accept that that's how my fitness level is.

BUT!!!! Today I did this exercise https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/low-impact-hiit-cardio-workout-the-4-best-low-impact-cardio-exercises-for-fat-loss-and-toning without pausing, with good form, exactly like K&D did in the video. It's "only" 9 minutes long and is a level 2 workout, but boy I felt so happy and accomplished when I hit "Workout Complete"!
Hope to do the same with other, harder workouts.
And I hope your workouts all went well!
