Hey, there. I am a 40 yr old homeschooling mom of 5 and I have been using fitness blender for the past two years. Started off slow, then went thru fb30 a few times, then tried something else and now I'm back doing fb30 for the 5th time.
This time around I am trying to set fitness goals for myself instead of weight loss goals. The problem is I'm having a hard time coming up with reasonable goals. Any suggestions for fitness goals? What are some of your fitness goals? Thanks for the help.
