First one, I don't love it but I don't hated eighter. 😂 And second one is my favorite, quick abs wo. I try today low impact version, cause my back is not feeling that better even I'm not doing any strength training. So I think all that jumping is not good to me right now. Pain is just right side of my lower back. Working out feels good that dosen't hurt.
