I've been doing FB for a year now. After an eating disorder going to the gym gave me incredible anxiety so I had to stick to working out at home. But for a few months I've been kind of bored (I love and adore FB and all their workouts but there's only so much you can do with a limited amount of weight) and I've started missing the gym environment.
So yesterday I walked in there and joined! I feel so optimistic now and I'm really excited about challenging myself in new ways. Also I'm so proud of myself for overcoming this fear of mine. Probably not going to do as much of FB now (except for HIIT because I hate those treadmills lol) but I'm still so thankful for what they do, they helped me recover and find my confidence again :)
