Finished day 12 of FB Strong nice and early this morning. Then went plogging with three friends.

Plogging = Picking Litter while jOGGING.

Well, we don’t do much jogging as there is quite a bit of litter to pick up. The photo shows what four of us picked up in just over an hour 😱😡😢

But happy to have been out there doing our bit! It feels great especially on this cold and crisp but sunny morning!
