I'm done - including my day 6 recovery stretch. Hooray!! 🎉🎈🍾
This week, I learnt:
8 sets of each exercise is not my favourite way to work out.
But it's not as bad as it sounds!
And everything's more fun when we do it together... in the solitude of our own living rooms, of course. 😂
I actually really enjoyed the 8 sets in the upper body workout: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/upper-body-tabata-workout-intense-60-minute-back-shoulders-and-arms-workout This is the one workout (apart from the bonus kickboxing and stretching) that I would happily schedule myself. But I'd probably do it to music again...
Thanks to Kristina - there's no way I would have chosen these workouts myself! So thank you for the motivation.
And thanks to the amazing Malissa and Elizabeth (and Kristina of course!) for the company. It's been fun! And occasionally painful and boring, hehehe.
