I wrote a message a couple of days ago talking about how I hadnt worked out for about 2 weeks and was completely lacking motivation.
Its 22:10 on a Friday, but I finally completed a low impact cardio workout and you know what I feel GREAT. Its baby steps but I am slowly but surely getting back into it.
