OH MY GOSH, Callie! This is such an amazing pumpkin bread recipe! It's so moist, it's perfectly spiced, and so delicious! I essentially doubled the recipe and made it in a 10 cup Bundt pan, and drizzled it with a little sour cream icing. I also used whole wheat flour, and didn't double the amount of oil and brown sugar (I kept those the same, but doubled everything else).
