I was litlle bit tired today, but this upperbody workout was refreshing. It was soo good! 👍 And I like those wall push ups. Going to feel it tomorrow. And short abs wo got my abs burn. 🔥 Lowerbody is sore from yesterday, legs are killing me today. 😂😂
