I’m a loser and hurt a muscle in my back while loading my car. It’s mild but has been sore after a few days of rest. Tomorrow I’m scheduled to do lower body and HIIT. I’m craving a workout. Should I just lift lighter and focus on form? Avoid any exercises- like deadlifts?
