Best workouts to improve speed/agility/height for team sports?
I play ultimate frisbee and I am looking to run faster (sprints), jump higher, and make quick side-to-side movements. Weight loss is not a goal. Would anyone recommend a particular workout program or set of workouts? I have access to dumbells; up to 50 lbs/hand.
