Got up at 4:30 am to workout but my stomach feels really weird. Not sure what's going on. Maybe I'll feel better later, but for now, listening to the body and resting.
Feels like such a waste since I actually got a decent nights rest and was ready to work, but I'm glad I now know what's important.
