Doing the formerly undoable.

I climbed this huge rock in Sri Lanka this week. I have traditionally always had low stamina and could NEVER have done this climb without the last 4 months of regular FB workouts (Abs, Abs 2, Blend and a host of other random workouts I'd pick from day to day) - once I reached the top, I was overcome with pride for myself but also gratitude for what K&D and their team make possible.
