So I'm relatively new to Fitness Blender but I see this problem posted quite often and i know i struggle with it as well, feeling unmotivated to work out after a long day at work/school.
I thought it might be helpful not only to myself but to others to list strategies you use to get yourself motivated to work out.
For me when I dont feel like working out I try not to allow myself to sit down and relax until after my workout is done. When that doesnt work i try to tell myself i will feel so much better after my workout is done and even if i half ass it ive done something. And when all else fails I look at my progress pictures to try and motivate myself. (Today was totally one of those days however im proud to say i did earn my work out complete!)
