Hi there! I've completed FB Adventure twice through and I've also completed FB Burn twice through. I liked that FB Adventure technically only had four days of workout videos and then asked for a fifth day of some type of exercise on your own terms. I used to workout five-six days a week but my life has gotten so busy! I ended up doing FB Burn and I always ended up missing at least one workout a week and then the program takes me five weeks instead of four. It did make me feel somewhat "unaccomplished." I'm not sure what program to do next. I love a mixture of HIIT, Cardio, and strength training.
