I've been working out with fb since 2015 but haven't posted before
I've been consistently working out, majority strength training with a few HIIT workouts here and there (I'm not a big fan of cardio or jumping really)
I've also been really good with my diet-I do intermittent fasting and try to keep to around 1500-1600 calories a day.
I'd started to lose weight and tone up, I felt really good about myself (especially after 2 babies) but this past week my body feels all jiggly and squishy.
I did some reading and found that the fat cells replace fat with water before shrinking and then the water just leaves-"the woosh effect"
My question is has anyone experienced this and how other than having a cheat meal day can I initiate this?
This jiggly squishy fat is making me feel quite disgusted with myself even though from all that I read it means I'm apparantly on the right track.
Bit of a strange question...wooshes!
As the title says this is a strange question....
