Anyone else feel down during Week 2 of any of the FB programs? I always find them to be the most challenging in terms of motivation, and I swear the hardest workouts are scheduled for week 2! Maybe it's just me.
Hope everyone is feeling good after Kelli whooped our booties yesterday! I found the workout really hard but am not feeling too terribly sore today, so I guess I could've pushed harder :/
Today we have another bored easily workout focusing on core and cardio. Should go by quickly! YAY!
