Just curious if anyone else feels guilty when they don't do the ex-credit challenge? I bought the program so I wouldn't feel as overwhelmed on days when my time is short or my energy is low. I do the ex-credit majority of the time, but if I opt out more than a day or two out of the week I feel like I'm slacking. Anyone else dealing with this? How do you all allow yourself to cut back now and then without feeling guilty, or fearing the loss of progress?
