Hi! I started my first round of FB Strong on 6/28/18, unfortunately didn’t take any before pictures. I started a second round of FB Strong right after and just finished FB Mass on Sunday. I haven’t really changed my diet, although I’ve done away with soda, and I only Drink juice (watered down) on ocassion. I’m not really big on fast food or eating out, but my weakness is definitely carbs and sweets.
So here is my progression so far.
It was really hard for me to find the courage to share these pics because they are embarrassing. I’m embarrassed for letting me self go like that. But I want share them because, 1. I am proud of my progress (even though I’m no where near my goal.
And 2. If this post can encourage someone to keep going or get started then I guess That’s a good thing!
