I'm gonna jump right in with today's Fitness Friday question(s)! I was thinking for this particular Fitness Friday, we could have a bit of fun. So I don't know if you guys have seen those, like "get-to-know-you" questionnaires on social media where it asks you a bunch of random questions about yourself? Well, I thought we could do something similar, but more Fitness Blender themed! I know a bunch of these questions have been asked before, but hey, it's all for fun, right? So I'm gonna but a "blank" copy of the questions here, and then I'll put my own answers in the comments! Feel free to copy and paste the questions in your response if you want! I look forward to seeing your answers and getting to know you all a bit better!

Fitness Blender Friday Questionnaire:

1. Where in the world are you from?

2. How long have you been using Fitness Blender?

3. What was your first Fitness Blender workout video that you used?

4. What's your favorite Fitness Blender workout video?

5. Have you done a Fitness Blender Program? If so, which ones?

6. If you have done an FB Program, which one was your favorite?

7. If you had to choose only one of these styles of working out, which would you choose: HIIT, strength training, Pilates, kickboxing, flexibility work, or bodyweight training? And why?

8. What originally brought you to Fitness Blender? What drew you in about it the most?

9. I don't like even asking this, because I feel it's kind of mean, but everyone has a preference. If you had to choose one or the other, do you prefer to train with Kelli or Daniel?

10. What is the greatest achievement, improvement, or accomplishment you have reached since starting Fitness Blender? This could be anything from overall health and wellness, physical attributes, or improved mental well-being, just to name a few.
