I've just started a new job last week, I went from office job 8am-5pm sitting down all day other than lunch to my new job which is amazing and involves loads of walking about between 8am-5pm.
Problem is I'm used to do 5 workouts a week but yesterday I was too shattered to workout and decided that would be a rest day and today I decided to workout but only got 5 minutes into a workout and had to stop as my body and my mind physically couldn't take it. I obviously feel like I've let myself down giving up half way through as exercise is a massive stress reliever for me plus it keeps the weight off and other benefits.
I was wondering how do you get through your workouts after a tough day? I hope that I dont have to resort to only working out on weekends as I feel this will massivly effect my endurance and strength.
Failed workout
Hi guys,
I've just started a new job last week, I went from office job 8am-5pm sitting down all day other than lunch to my new job which is amazing and involves loads of walking about between 8am-5pm.

Any advise given is greatly appreciated :)
